"Sitting on the dock of the bay watching the tide roll away." Enjoy this Bayfront, modern four bedroom, 4000 square feet home on Pelican Drive in Avalon, NJ. The house is located on arguably the most prestigious street at the South Jersey shore. Every room is filled with sunshine and you can literally see the sunrise and sunset from your beach chair. You can take the golf cart to the beach which is 3 blocks away. If you just want to kick off your shoes and hang out at the house, there is a barbecue, swimming in the beautiful bay, floating on tubes or using the wave runners if you are licensed. In the spirit of summer and the Food & Wine theme, there will be 12 bottles of wine ($1,000 value) and a restaurant voucher for $300. Chris, one of only 57 Masters of Wine in the country, will work with the lucky winning bidder on this lot to create an exquisite evening with a multi-course wine pairing dinner. Chris and his team will work with you to select a mutually agreed upon date, time and theme for your evening at the fabulous Cree Wine Company, conveniently located in Hampton, NJ. Chris and his culinary team (featuring Executive Chef Andrew Lattanzio, formerly executive Chef at the renowned Pluckemin Inn) will create a spectacular menu featuring world class wines from our Wine Spectator Award Winning Wine List for your dinner! Chris will join you and your guests at the table throughout the evening to answer questions, and discuss the food, the wines and so much more. To make the night complete, your experience includes roundtrip limousine service be provided by Anthony Limousine.
